Technical report writing
We’re not engineers, scientists, or architects. And yet people ask us to write their technical reports. Why? Because technical reports aren’t just for technical people. They’re also for politicians, the media and busy people in industry, people who might find the detail a bit dry but are interested in the story it tells.
So, without a compelling story, your report could quickly become more fodder for the recycling bin. We can help you keep it on people’s desks.
Case study: Resource Management Report
We helped the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) and the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (IMechE) write a joint report about resource management. We made sure their expert knowledge came across in a way that their audience could read easily. They had an important story to tell. The report argues that much of what we call waste should really be considered a resource because it contains materials which we could use again or turn into energy.
And, of course, words are thoroughly sustainable: you can use them over and over again. If in doubt, just give us a call. We’ve got some that might be just the job for your report.
