The social media space is changing constantly and there is increasing pressure to make sure the corporate voice is heard. We've dabbled at social media but there is now the appetite to look at this with more commitment and to make sure it's integrated into the marketing and communications mix. The workshop with Polon has helped to focus the mind, prioritise the social media channels we should use and to be creative with existing material and messages. Polon helped us think differently and to revisit previous ambitions to make social media in Arup happen. The clarity of information provided will ensure we're disciplined in our approach to manage brand reputation, measure success and always have a business objective in mind.
