We’ve got the perfect blend of in-house expertise and invaluable freelance support. So although we’re big enough to handle large writing projects at short notice, we’re small enough to give every word the attention it deserves. In other words, you pay freelance rates for an agency service.

Matt
A writer with experience ranging from Nokia to the NHS, Matt thinks most clearly in the great outdoors. So when he needs a little inspiration, he heads out into the garden or takes to the hills with Wispa, his four-legged writing partner. Matt’s masters degree in literature taught him to read critically so his favourite word is “why”.
Janet
Janet is Polon's personal trainer – she creates and runs workshops that help companies like Mars hone their writing skills. With a background in HR consulting, she’s also in charge of penning internal communications for our clients. Oh, and she can spot a missing (or misused) apostrophe at 20 paces. Her favourite word is "hippocampus".
Emily
There’s nothing Emily enjoys more than bringing a story to life. With a background in online marketing, she knows how to write persuasively and give brands the edge. And when she isn’t writing, you'll normally find her immersed in social media. So it isn’t really surprising that her favourite word is “tweet”.
