From poems to tone of voice
First we got people to write some poems and try a few words out. Then we used these to come up with three distinct voices:
- the voice of a child
- the voice of a carer
- and the voice of an expert.
Since launching their new website with a revised tone of voice, FCC has helped more children than ever before. It goes to show that looking closely at the way you use words is good for business.
