A fresh approach

With every agency talking about social media strategy, we bought a different perspective to this workshop: our experience of delivering these strategies for agencies and brands. Together, we explored what different approaches would mean for the people creating the content and engaging with online communities on sites like Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn.

The workshop also covered listening to existing conversations. It explored successful case studies from the industry. And it included practical exercises looking at how to write effectively for tools like Twitter.

With a PDF guide summing up the discussions, we left the team to consider its approach to social media armed with our insight into what it takes to deliver a successful strategy.
