PSS provides social and healthcare services that enable people of all ages and needs to live independently in the community. The charity prides itself on innovation that changes lives and the management team wanted to make sure the language they used was as fresh as their approach. So they called on Polon to help.
Our writing consultants helped PSS make sure the language of its core purpose and values captured the essence of what the charity’s all about – finding new and practical ways to help people get more from life.
Polon people are very easy to work with. They put themselves out to respond quickly and were not in the least bit precious when we got back to them with our thoughts on their first draft. We're delighted with the results. Whilst our version had captured the sentiment of what we wanted to say, the final version says it in the right way. This is down to Polon's input.
