Telling the PROKOM story with Printfuture
Communications to support a growing community

As the world goes digital, the printing industry is experiencing a seismic shift. Printfuture helps printers and suppliers transition to digital printing and to offer services that extend across different media.
We supported the Printfuture team in their work with PROKOM, a community for users of Konica Minolta’s printing systems. Printfuture is managing the content and e-learning programme for PROKOM as well as providing management support and advice to help it grow.
As part of this, Printfuture asked us to write a range of communications to help spread the word about PROKOM, the benefits of membership and the community's prestigious annual conference. The collateral included brochures, case studies, invites and awards text.
We fine-tuned messages for different audiences – Konica Minolta's own sales teams, resellers and end users. The result, across the different communications, is a compelling and consistent story about this growing community.
